Sintesi
Sintesi is an acronym for INTEGRATED System of Employment Services:
It is the IT system available on Lavoro per te for the online management of Mandatory Communications for hiring, termination, variation and transformation of employment relationships.
Public and private employers, administration agencies and authorized parties must use SINTESI to send communications relating to hiring, transformations, terminations and changes in employment relationships to the Employment Centres.
The online system sorts the Mandatory Communications both to the competent regional employment center and to the national IT system which will take care of sending the information to the other bodies involved (INAIL, INPS, Regional and Provincial Labor Directorates, Prefecture -UTG).
SINTESI also allows you to electronically send periodic information statements relating to the obligations referred to in Law 68/1999.
How to access
From 1 March 2021, access takes place exclusively through SPID/CIE/CNS digital identity.
Regarding the sending of Mandatory Communications, the employer must be registered and authorized on Sintesi by Arpal Puglia.
Otherwise YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE SYSTEM and you will need to register your company on SINTESI by following the registration procedure which can be downloaded from the following link .
The process will end with the qualification of the company and the Administrator by the Regional Employment Agency, who will then be able to start operating on all services for businesses and institutions on SINTESI.
How to send mandatory communications
Users enabled for "Sintesi" who must manage Mandatory Communications will have to access to https://sintesi.regione.puglia.it/comunicazioni-obbligatorie and select, in "Useful Links" section, the link "Portale Ministeriale CO-UNIURG"
The Mandatory Communications can be completed directly online, in the “COB” form – Start-up Communications Section
After sending the mandatory communications, the system produces a contextual receipt which certifies the administrative fulfillment.
In the event of a malfunction of the IT services, it is possible to use the web application, which can be reached at the following address: https://couniurg.lavoro.gov.it
An online form structured according to the Unified URG model currently in force is available within the application. Saving the form, duly completed, will be equivalent to fulfilling the obligation of preventive communication, without prejudice to the obligation to carry out the UNILAV communication following an emergency on the first available day.
Access to the aforementioned online form is only possible via SPID and CIE credentials.
